Here's how this works.
Everything you need to know about hiring Jeff — process, pricing, and the questions couples ask most.
The Process
From first email to final film.
- 01
Inquiry & availability
Send your date, venue, and a few details about your day. You'll get a real reply — from Jeff, not a chatbot — within a couple of business days.
- 02
Consultation
We meet — in person, video, or phone — and walk through your vision. What kind of film you want. The vibe of your day. The moments that matter most to you.
- 03
Booking & contract
A signed contract and a deposit lock your date. Jeff caps the number of weddings per year, so dates go quickly during peak season.
- 04
Pre-wedding planning
A few weeks before the wedding, we go over your timeline and walk the venue when possible. Jeff coordinates with your photographer, planner, and DJ so everyone's rowing the same direction on the day.
- 05
Wedding day
Jeff arrives early. Stays late. Captures the day unobtrusively — no posed reshoots of the kiss, no awkward "do that again for the camera" moments.
- 06
Editing & delivery
Every film is color-graded, music-scored, and cut with the patience of a feature edit — not a content-creator turnaround. You'll receive a cinematic film of your day, delivered digitally and ready to share. Turnaround is typically 8–12 weeks.
- 07
Revisions & beyond
If something needs adjusting, Jeff makes it right. The relationship doesn't end at delivery.
Pricing
What it costs.
Full wedding day coverage starts at $5,000.
That price reflects what it actually takes to deliver a film built to last — a full day on-site, color grading with patience, licensed music that fits your day, and a feature-edit approach to the part of the work that matters most.
From there, packages scale to your day — additional coverage hours, full-length feature edits, social cuts, drone work, engagement films, raw footage, and destination travel.
Every wedding gets a custom quote. No surprise fees. No upsells on the day.
